Polish-Swiss Innovation Day 'Cleantech: Environmentally Conscious Businesses', October 14th 2021
To mitigate climate change and to achieve a sustainable economy, we need human ingenuity. The future belongs to innovative solutions that help us reduce our environmental footprint. The future belongs to products and services that are produced with less energy and resources. The future belongs to Cleantech. As a country with no fossil energy sources of its own and very few natural resources, Switzerland always had to be innovative.
Swiss companies are coming up with novel solutions, for instance, for energy efficiency, renewable energy, automation, or sustainable materials and processes. They are keen to share their experience with Polish partners and learn from each other for a more sustainable future. For the 6th time, the Polish–Swiss Innovation Day brought together experts, policymakers, scientists, and business people who drive innovation. During the conference, the participants could listen to discussion panels and inspiring speeches with experts from the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), PLGBC Polish Green Building Council, Instytut Innowacji i Odpowiedzialnego Rozwoju INNOWO, and such renowned companies as ABB, Alpiq SE, DWF, Franke Group, Jobst Willers Engineering AG, REALTI, Schindler Polska, Sika Poland, Zehnder Polska.
